BE-ing ALOHA is the Fastest Way to Manifest Your Dreams! Part 3
Are there things in your life that you want, yet don’t know how to obtain them? Maybe it’s a new house, a new or better relationship, a promotion at work or just to be happier. Do you ever notice how some people seem “lucky” and always get what they want and you wonder how they’re doing it?
There are Universal laws at play and people that achieve their goals and desires are using them, whether they consciously know it or not. In the past two blogs, I explained how the Trinity of Consciousness works and how BE-ing A.L.O.H.A. is the fastest way to manifest your dreams. I gave the definitions and steps to take for the first three letters. Here are the last two steps in how you can use the acronym A.L.O.H.A. as a foundation for staying grounded and being in alignment (Pono).
The next word is Ha’aha’a – humility to be expressed with modesty. This word deals with equality and means that your self-estimation is so high that you know that no one on this planet is better than you. And… you are no better than anyone on this planet. Be equal! When someone is being ha’aha’a they have no need or desire to brag, put others down to build themselves up or to feel inferior to others. You know who you are and you know that you’re enough. That’s it. Sounds simple? Then put it into practice!
The final word (and my favorite) is Ahonui – patience to be expressed with perseverance. You have to have FAITH!!! Have faith in yourself and the Universe. By understanding that “thoughts become things,” “to think is to create” and “the thoughts I think and the words I speak create my experience,” you know that what you focus your attention on will happen. So when you set your course toward a destination, a goal or a dream, have steadfast determination that it’s going to happen and BELIEVE that it’s going to happen. That’s faith. If you need any more explanation, read my blog about the Big Bad Wolf.
Let me recap A.L.O.H.A. so you can see how these all tie together:
- Akahai – Be kind to yourself! Smile in the mirror, relax and take care of yourself.
- Lokahi – Stay connected internally and with the rest of the Universe (deep breathing exercises are perfect for staying connected)!
- Olu’olu – Be non-judgmental of yourself which will lead to being more accepting of others!
- Ha’aha’a – Be equal. Know that you are no better or worse than anybody else. You are enough!
- Ahonui – Have faith!!! Stay on your course and believe that it will happen!
When you add all of these together, you get one answer – LOVE YOURSELF!!! This is the key to manifesting your desires. When you love yourself, you are in the flow of life. You will notice how much lighter you feel and how effortless live becomes. This is because you are in alignment. We call it BE-ing in Pono! It’s the foundation of what we teach in Ike Pono Quest. In the class, we go much deeper into awareness and switching your limiting beliefs, empowering you and ultimately discovering your vision!
Even if you haven’t attended Ike Pono Quest, you can use A.L.O.H.A. to be in Pono. Use it as a reference the next time you’re feeling wildly anxious or nervous; when you’re going to react in anger; or as a tool to achieve your dreams. When I’m feeling out of alignment, usually I only have to say the first word: Akahai – Be kind to myself. That puts a smile on my face and makes it much easier to go through the steps and get back into alignment.
If you like to know more about A.L.O.H.A. and/or are interested in attending Ike Pono Quest, feel free to contact me or go to http://ikeponohi.com/home.html.
This is your life. Enjoy it and realize that having an extraordinary, joy-filled life is not just for some people, it’s for everyone. It’s your birthright!!!
Mahalo nui loa!!!
