I joined Facebook in May of 2008 as a way to keep in contact with some new friends I made while at a seminar in California. They didn’t use MySpace and suggested I create an account on Facebook. I’m glad I did. Since then, I’ve reconnected with many friends from my childhood neighborhood, high school, college, Cleveland’s music scene, New York and D.C.; all while networking and building relationships with new friends.
Lately, I’ve noticed a trend with many of my friends – joining or starting Facebook groups. I understand the need for belonging to a group of like-minded people…
In Love with Life
Opening my eyes this morning, a wave of euphoria gently made its way over my body. Maybe euphoria isn’t the right word… Perhaps joy explains it better… Maybe peace… Regardless of the word choice, it was magnificent!
The first thought that entered my mind was that I am truly blessed. I have a wonderful life, living in one of the most beautiful places on the earth, surrounded by people and animals that love and adore me. And, I love and adore them.
